Booking and Payments

Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- Use of the vehicle for illegal activities is strictly prohibited. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or any dangerous driving practices. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is forbidden. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is unacceptable. The vehicle must only be used for its intended purposes, and adherence to passenger and weight limits is required. Driving outside the designated geographical boundaries without prior approval is not permitted.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed under English and Welsh law, Car Hire Nechells is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business resulting from your use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the rental amount paid within the last 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury due to negligence or fraud.
